• When customers provide us with contact information, we use the information solely to contact the user to deliver sales and product information that may be useful to them. Delivery Policy

• We endeavour to deliver all items described as Lisap Hair Cosmetics within 48 hours of the order being received (4 days to the European Union, 10 days to the Rest Of The World) and to deliver all other items within seven days of the order being received (10 days to the European Union, 14 days to the Rest Of The World).
• Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are complete within the stated time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full owing to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery times stated. Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
• For all deliveries made by our designated courier company or by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, a signature is required at point of delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries. We do not deliver to P. O. Box numbers.
